Registration and payment terms

This application is binding. After receiving your application, we will confirm your registration at the provided e-mail address and send you the advance invoice. If this does not take place within 14 days, please contact us by phone at +420 774 413 722. The invoice has to be settled before the date of the conference. The tax document will be sent to you after the end of the conference. The attendance fee includes the admission for one person, the collection of the conference papers and other materials, as well as the lunch and refreshment according to the conference timetable.

The information you provide serves solely for the registration of your attendance during the conference. The organizer does not hold liability for any damage incurred due to incorrect or incomplete filling-in of this registration form. If you do not wish to be informed about any further events we are going to organize, contact us at the stated addresses.

Cancellation, substitution

Should you be unable to attend the conference in person, substitution is possible without any further fee. If you cancel your attendance no later than 14 days before the conference, a cancellation fee amounting to 1,200 CZK will be charged. If your attendance is cancelled later, you will have to pay the full attendance fee. The organizer reserves the right to change the timetable and speakers for serious reasons.
